Cancellation Policy
At QuickSave Essentials, We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which customers can cancel subscriptions or reservations.
Subscription Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support at myamazonpnw@yahoo.com.
- Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged further.
- Refunds for prepaid subscriptions are not available unless required by law.
Reservation Cancellations
- Cancellations within 3 days before the scheduled date – Customers may cancel without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date – A cancellation fee of 30% may apply.
- No-shows – If a customer does not attend or fails to cancel, the full amount may be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds for Cancellations
- If eligible for a refund, processing may take 7 business days, and funds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Some services or reservations may have non-refundable deposits, which will be stated at the time of booking.
